These terms apply to all orders placed with EJ RITCHIE LIMITED.

Enquiries and orders

Sending an enquiry is not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only once we have agreed the date, design, quantity and final price with you.

Pricing

Prices shown are guide prices. Final pricing depends on size, quantity, flavour, design and personalisation.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit required to secure a date, are confirmed with your order.

Changes and cancellations

Please tell us as early as possible about any changes. Because bakes are made to order, changes or cancellations close to the required date may not be possible or may incur a charge.

Allergens

You are responsible for telling us about any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. See our Food Information page for details.

Collection and delivery

Collection and delivery arrangements are agreed at the time of order confirmation. Once handed over, bakes should be stored and transported as advised.
